AMAZING PLACE, MY FAVOURITE PLACE IN ACAPULCO.

Food is great, location is as if Acapulco in the early 50´s 60´s when Sinatra used to visit Acapulco with a contemporary feel. It´s a place to stay and not leave until your departure. Next to a very popular beach, very crawded, but you don´t need to leave the premises. The SPA is very nice and relaxing.

Beeing with a girl would have been amazing, to share the spot as a couple.

An amazing hotel where you can (almost) go back to the jet set lifestyle of the 1950s

The authentic 50s architecture - so fantastic to stay in a hotel that's passionate about their architectural heritage.

A small irritation, that's all - the staff in the restaurant could have been a little faster with the service.

What was the highlight of Boca Chica Hotel Acapulco

So far the best hotel we ever stayed at.

The hotel was a gem, well designed small, intimate and very accommodating. The staff were fantastic and extremely professional and friendly. Clearly well managed and trained. The pool and the view are the wow factor and our room was kept clean and tidy throughout. We will come back. That is for sure.

We were in the heart of the old quarter, once on hotel property it was excellent, however once outside it became a living theatre of some very poor facilities but we encountered friendly people, this will put some guests off, but we never at anytime felt uneasy. Just wish that the authorities would put some money into the surroundings to improve many people's lives.

Very nice vintage boutique hotel.

Hate to write this but the service was so sad. The employees were not friendly. Since the beginning of my reservation they forgot everything. I told them we were celebrating our engagement and I ask for flowers and it seems that did not care about it. They realised that until they second day of my stay and they send 3 strawberry cover with chocolate which by the way thanks for that. Internet it is so terrible. I told them we are vegetarian and the only day with good vegeterian options was Saturday night. Menu was very poor. The waiters forgot our requests. There was not pool service. We have to carry the umbrellas and take care of ourselves. Pity. I am from Acapulco and I am sure this is not the type of service we provide and maybe the employees need more training or or maybe a better leader. Lo siento por juzgar paisanos, pero es muy feo ver caras tristes en su servicio...
